I’ve spent most of my career working with data, starting out as a SQL developer and growing into someone who helps teams turn information into action. Over the years, I’ve worked across finance and healthcare, handling complex systems and large datasets, but what I’ve learned is that technology alone doesn’t make the difference, people do.

What I really care about is helping people work better together. I love building environments where strategy turns into action, where teams feel empowered to make smart decisions, and where everyone is clear on what matters most.

For me, leadership is about unlocking potential, simplifying complexity, and making sure the work we do actually makes a difference.
