Auto Admin - We're the pod making NHS admin work frictionless. We're obsessed with cutting out the repetitive work that's bogging down Trust teams, automating the annoying stuff so clinical and admin staff can focus on what matters. We ship code directly into live NHS workflows and we move fast doing it. We're here to prove that better tooling changes what's actually possible on the ground.

Hybrid Clinics - We're the pod building the operating model that lets NHS trusts run their clinics smarter. We connect the pieces between face-to-face care and virtual care, making sure the workflows make sense end-to-end. We're problem-solvers first, and we're all motivated by making clinic operations actually work better in real trusts.

Shared Capabilities - We're the foundation every pod builds on. We own the comms platform and other core platform pieces that the whole system depends on. We're focused on reliability and consistency because the product pods build everything on top of what we ship. We're here to unblock delivery and make sure the platform stays coherent as we scale.

Support - We're the bridge between product and reality. We own the tooling and processes that keep our NHS clients running and let us ship fixes fast when things break. We're in the trenches with operational issues every day and we turn what we learn into better product.

Integrations - We're the glue that connects DrDoctor to the NHS ecosystem. We build and maintain the integrations that make our platform actually fit into real Trust workflows, HL7, GP records, scheduling systems, the lot. We're detail-oriented, we know the NHS landscape, and we're always shipping the next critical connection.

Data - We turn raw usage into insight. We own the data pipeline that makes our product, commercial and operational decisions possible. We're motivated by accuracy and we make sure the numbers everyone relies on are true.

Platform Engineering - We own the infrastructure and tooling that makes engineering velocity possible. We're building out CI/CD, observability and deployment safety, the stuff that lets the pods ship confidently. We're all about removing friction and making it easy to do the right thing.
