Who are DrDoctor and why are we here?
Our Vision is to create care systems that can meet demand without sacrificing quality. In a hybrid healthcare system, DrDoctor will provide the digital platform that enables the interface between patients, their carers and the systems that care for them across their entire care pathways.
We love the NHS and want to help it work better. We radically transform the delivery of health services to make healthcare work for everyone – for patients, doctors, administrative teams and taxpayers.
Our technology focuses on engaging patients across their health journey while saving hospitals time, effort, and money.

Remote by default
Most of us work from home, most of the time! We'll ask you to come to the office up to a few times a month to collaborate and socialise but otherwise work where you're most productive, at home or in the office (or from your local coffeehouse!)

Whilst our full time roles are contracted to 40 hours a week, we offer a very flexible working pattern, want to take a long lunch? Go for it! Need to do the school run? Absolutely fine! A bit of a morning bird? Log on & off early! We trust you to get your work done when suits you

We're open to discussing working from another country for short period(s) of time, depending on a few legal bits where necessary but just ask and we'll do our best!

25 days leave as a standard for everyone at DrDoctor (+ all the usual bank holidays - which you can swap to days that mean something to you with our Inclusive Holiday Policy)

Enhanced Parental Leave
We don't call this Maternity or Paternity as we know every family is different! Primary caregivers can take up to 16 weeks fully paid parental leave whilst Secondary carers can take up to 8 weeks, this is for those welcoming children through birth, adoption or surrogacy! (Ts&Cs apply!)
