Who are we?
At DrDoctor we’re building the future of outpatient care.
DrDoctor is a patient engagement platform that helps the NHS activate patients in their care and increase capacity through waitlist validation and remote management.
Our mission is to improve efficiency in healthcare, and ultimately enable the NHS to break the enormous backlog of patients needing care.
How do we do this? We are innovators. Our cloud-based patient management tools automate and virtualise processes and care, so that Doctors can focus on their patients, and that patients can engage as true partners in their care.
Our vison is that all care will be provided based on the needs of the patient and their condition. That you’ll have a real time, two-way dialogue with your doctor and care will be provided in the setting that suits you most.

Our Values
We launched new values in 2023. They are very important to us and they serve as a code of conduct for all across the whole business to live by every day.

🏡 Flexible working
Most of us work from home most of the time. This will depend on your role and team but we generally ask our people to come in ‘a few times a month’ for collaboration.
On a quarterly basis the whole company comes together to share updates and celebrate big wins.

🌴 Working from abroad
As we work remotely most of the time, we get that sometimes you might want to switch up the location.
This is a great way to get some extra time with family or friends or explore somewhere new!

🌍 Time off
Everyone gets 25 days of holiday, in addition to bank holidays (33 days in total). We recognise that some may wish to swap a UK bank holiday for another religious or national holiday which is more important to them which we fully support.
We also have our own "DrDoctor Bank Holidays" dotted throughout the year and because the whole business shuts down for the day, it means you don’t come back to a full inbox or lots of Slack messages! -
💚 Duvet days
For when you just can't face looking at that same spreadsheet as yesterday.
Everyone gets 4 Duvet Days a year to look after themselves and recoup. These can be taken at any time, whenever they're needed.

Personal and team learning budgets; we want to encourage a healthy atmosphere of continuous improvement and upskilling.

Our mental well-being has a huge impact on the way we think, feel and behave.
All employees (and their family members) have access to free therapy sessions to ensure our people all have the necessary tools to support their mental and emotional well-being.

🐣 Enhanced, gender neutral, parental leave policy
We recognise that everyone's situations are different when it comes to welcoming a child into the family, whether by birth, adoption or surrogacy. That's why everyone at DrDoctor can take up to 16 weeks fully paid parental leave. Primary carers can get up to 16 weeks and Secondary carers can get up to 8 weeks.

💷Twice yearly pay reviews
We review everyone's salaries twice a year (January and July cycles) to ensure everyone is paid fairly and ensure they're recognised for their hard work and what they deliver.
We benchmark our roles annually and they are all based on London weighted salaries.

🎉Company socials
As well as our 6 monthly company wide events, every team will also have a full away day twice a year. On top of that, socials following collaboration days are encouraged for all. Having fun is really important to us
