Director of Transformation – Executive and Senior Leadership

I am delighted to be working alongside NHS leaders to support them in implementing novel care models and pathways, by making the most of DrDoctor's patient facing technology. I lead DrDoctor's transformation teams - we work with front line clinicians, practitioners and operational staff to ensure that they and the patients they serve get the maximum benefit from our tools.

Prior to joining DrDoctor, I was a member of the board at University Hospitals Birmingham, leading their highly innovative digital transformation programme. And before that I was at Newton Europe for 11 years where I was Partner and led their healthcare practice.

I am an engineer by training and started my career working in Formula 1 for McLaren. I supported Lewis Hamilton during his first championship winning year.

I enjoy throwing myself into anything active – over the years I’ve enjoyed rowing, cycling, skiing and marathon running. I’m now a member of British Military Fitness which helps to keep me fit around a rewarding family and work life.
