People & Culture Exec – Business operations

👋 I'm Beth and I'm a People & Culture Exec, partnering with our Product Wing (PM's, Design and Engineering).

I've been at DrDoctor since August 2020 but I had been spying on them a little bit since 2018 from my previous job as an Ops Manager at our old office 🕵️

💚 My career has been very varied and my background lies heavily in customer service, hospitality, operations and management. Regardless of what my jobs have been, they have always had people at the heart of it in one way or another. 

😊 DrDoctor has always been a really supportive place to work and I've never had a job that has allowed me to be myself as much as I have here. In return I want to make sure that everyone who I interact with at work feels the same way, whether that's as part of their recruitment journey, through to their onboarding and beyond!

🎉 Outside of work, I'm a pretty chilled West Country girl who spends most of her free time at comedy or live music gigs.
