From shadowing and spending time on site to co-designing better processes and solutions, we love to get immersed in our end users’ day to day and problem solve together.
We use continuous discovery to build our knowledge, test our assumptions and build and iterate our suite of products.
We work closely with all wings at DrDoctor to identify impactful problems to solve and come up with innovative solutions to scale across the NHS.
