Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own our Clinical Pathways product.

You will be responsible for your product area end to end, from working on vision and strategy to partnering with your team of engineers and designers to deliver impactful solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on helping the NHS run more efficiently, saving time and money and improving outcomes for patients while delivering a better experience for NHS staff.

What would I be doing day to day?

One of the great things about a scale-up is that every day is different and there is always an opportunity to get involved in something outside of your ‘BAU’!

However, the key things you could expect would include:

• Crafting a vision and long term strategy for a product area
• Setting objectives for your product area in alignment with the company strategy
• User research, discovering and validating product opportunities using a variety of experimentation techniques
• Diving into product data and deeply understanding your product area's performance
• Staying up to date on competitors and market trends
• Leading a cross functional squad of Engineers and Designers to deliver solutions t hat make NHS Healthcare teams more efficient, improve clinical outcomes, improve staff and patient experiences and save the NHS time & money.
• Collaborating with our Transformation, Commercial and Marketing teams to shape the go-to-market approach and scaling for your product area.
• Spotting opportunities to improve our Product Team at DrDoctor, contributing to the team's continuous improvement

OK, I’m interested. What experience do I need to have?

• You have extensive experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of leading cross functional squads in delivering impactful products.
• You have worked on and enjoy getting your head around complex products.
• As a generalist, you consistently define vision and strategy for your product area, as well as support your squad in shipping high quality solutions.
• You are equally able to work on the optimisation of established products as well as leading on ambiguous, early stage product initiatives.
• You have worked on a variety of different products.
• You are experienced in leading on product discovery for your area and are well versed in using qualitative and quantitative methods to validate and prioritise work.
• You are an excellent communicatory and know how to keep your stakeholders informed and involved providing a clear rationale for your product decisions.
• You enjoy the opportunities and challenges of working in a scale up environment
• Experience in SaaS preferred, experience in Healthtech or the NHS desired but not required.

We are perfect for each other, what are the next steps?

We will be running this process in a few stages and we strive to block whole days for each interview type to keep the process moving quickly. 

You will take part in a screening with our recruitment partner iO Associates. They will then pass your details on to us if you're successful at that stage.

After that there will be 3 stages:

1.  Hiring Manager Interview - 1 hour - To talk about your experience in Product Execution as well as trying to get an understanding of your collaboration and communication skills.
2. Competency Challenge Interview - 1 hour 15 minutes - To assess your skills in using customer insight and strategy
3. Culture Add Interview - 45 minutes - To understand how you align with our company values and find out a little more about you

Salary banding for this role is: £69,000 to £83,300
